What counts as an action: one AI Coach request you made and got a result from — a set of recommendations, a drafted campaign, generated campaign copy. A single request is one action however many steps we take internally to answer it. Reading your dashboard, viewing insights or segments, sending a campaign you already approved, and normal reporting are never actions.

Free includes 10 a month, Professional 500. We tell you when you're close, and you can top up rather than being cut off mid-month. Social Agent is included on Professional and runs separately from this allowance.

The monthly subscription and nothing else — no setup fee, and we never auto-bill you into an overage. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Professional covers one location and includes up to 20,000 email and push sends a month, which is far more than a single site sends in practice. Running several venues? Talk to us and we’ll set the programme up across them. SMS is a separate add-on because carrier fees vary by country. We take all major cards, processed through Chargebee.

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial — cancel inside it and you're never charged. After that you can upgrade or downgrade any time, with prorated billing, or cancel with no fee and keep access to the end of the period. Your loyalty data is exportable either way.
