Getting Started

Quick start guide for FidiPerks business admins. Get your loyalty program up and running in minutes.

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard

Use the email and password you set when you signed up. If you’ve just completed checkout, check your inbox for your welcome email with login details.

2. Configure your store

  1. Go to Settings (or Store Settings) and add your store name, logo, and contact details.
  2. Set your loyalty rules: points per visit, reward thresholds, and any promotions.
  3. Optional: customize branding and notification preferences.

3. Invite customers

  1. Share your store’s QR code or link so customers can join your program in one tap.
  2. Customers use the FidiPerks app to scan, earn points, and redeem rewards.
  3. Use the dashboard to view activity, approve redemptions, and run promotions.

Your trial

Your trial gives you full access to FidiPerks. If you choose to continue, your subscription will start automatically after the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before then with no charge.

Manage your subscription and billing under Settings → Subscription & Billing in the admin dashboard.
